You can read a little more about the endeavours of the BTC below,

BTC Rowing Club’s Senior Ladies are raising funds to support their journey to Henley Women’s Regatta this year. To date, the crew have collectively won the Ladies Senior Hampshire and Dorset Rowing Championship consecutively for four years, also winning the South Coast Championship in 2024. The crew are now ready to take on their next challenge: competing at Henley Women’s Regatta.

The Senior Ladies Four have worked incredibly hard to achieve their success so far, training hard in all weathers and on top of demanding commitments as mums and with full-time jobs. They now need support to continue to fulfil their goals as rowers in becoming the First Ladies crew in BTC’s history to race at Henley Women’s regatta.
Money raised will go towards supporting their journey to competing, including funding the purchase of a Coxless Four for training and competing in, and transporting the boat to races.
Funds raised will also go towards supporting BTC’s Children’s Squad, providing children with the much needed equipment to train and compete themselves. The children’s squad have their sights firmly set on following in the footsteps of the Senior Ladies, with hopes for plenty of success in the upcoming season.
They too have worked hard through the winter and the squad provides a fantastic opportunity to develop not only their fitness and skill, but teamwork, confidence, strategy and being an active part of the community.
